【摘要】 对莲心这一天然保健产物的水提取液中产生的沉淀进行了研究,采用高效液相色谱法检测了莲心中的主要保健组分——黄酮类物质在莲心水提取液及生成的沉淀物中的存在情况,结果表明莲心水提取液中生成的沉淀基本上不含有莲心的主要保健成分——黄酮类物质,并没有影响莲心水提取液的药用和保健价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Studies were carried out on the precipitation in the water extract of Nelumbo Nucifera Gaertn seed-a natural health product.The existence of the major health components-flavonoids-in the extract and precipitate was analyzed by HPLC.The results showed that the precipitate contained little flavonoids and had no effect on the pharmaceutical and healthcare value of the extract.更多还原
