微波消解-冷原子吸收光谱法测定化妆品中的汞
Determination of mercury in cosmetics by microwave digestion-cold atomic absorption spectrometry
【摘要】 采用密闭微波技术处理化妆品,对样品进行一次性微波消化,用冷原子吸收光谱法测定其中的汞,方法的特征浓度为2.5×10-4μg/mL,RSD为2.82%,回收率在98%~102%,方法简便、快速和准确,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a method of microwave digestion followed by cold atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of mercury in cosmetics was developed. Microwave digestion conditions and operational conditions of cold atomic absorption spectrometry were optimized. The characteristic concentration is 0.000 25g/mL ,the RSD is 2.01%, the recovery is from 98% to 102%. The method is simple,fast and accurate, the result is satisfied.
