混合脂肪酸选择性加氢制高纯度油酸

【摘要】 高纯度油酸是重要的精细化工产品。混合脂肪酸选择性加氢在化学工业中是一个非常重要的环节[1],同时也是生产高纯度油酸的合理途径。以雷尼镍作催化剂[2]对混合脂肪酸进行选择性加氢正交试验和单因素水平试验,对所得产品进行凝固点测定和韦氏法碘值测定后得出最佳反应条件:在温度200℃、压力0.6MPa、时间1h、催化剂w(B)=0.6%、搅拌250r/min的条件下可使混和脂肪酸碘值从120.84降到100左右,反应前后凝固点变化不大,提高了油酸的纯度。

【Abstract】 Oleic acid is widely used in our society,especially high-purity-oleic acid,is an important fine chemical production.Mixed aliphatic acid selectivity hydrogenation is a very important operation in the chemical industry,and this is a logical route in producing high-purity-grade oleic acid.Raney Ni-catalyst was used in the orthogonal design and single factor level experiment of mixed aliphatic acid selectivity hydrogenation,after analyzing the freezing point and the iodine value of mixed aliphatic acid.The best test conditions was revealed from the experiments:the reaction temperature was 200℃;the reaction pressure was 0.6MPa;the reaction time was 1h;the content of Raney Ni-catalyst was w(B)=0.6%;the rotate speed was 250r/min.Under such circumstance the iodine value was reduced from 120.84 to 100,freezing point changed little,the content of oleic acid was improved.
