细水雾扑灭油池火的临界条件
Critical Condition of Pool Fire Suppression by Water Mist
【摘要】 通过模拟灭火实验发现细水雾灭火过程中由于雾特性参数的变化而形成两种相异的灭火过程,进而通过理论分析与计算得到了细水雾通过火焰冷却扑灭油池火所需的临界条件,并通过实验室尺度实验与全尺度实验对计算结果进行了验证.在实验中还发现对于下喷式系统而言,细水雾能否穿透烟气羽流层对于细水雾系统能否灭火具有至关重要的影响,为此引入了烟气羽流与细水雾的推力比这一概念,并通过实验确定了采用下喷方式时,细水雾灭火的临界推力比大致为10.
【Abstract】 In laboratory-scale experiments it is found that there are two different fire extinguishing processes owing to the variation of parameter of water mist.Then the critical value is obtained,which is necessary for water mist fire suppression by flame cooling,and validated by the laboratory-scale experiments and full-scale experiments.In experiments it is also found that the ability of penetrating smoke plume of mist is a crucial factor to the fire suppression.A ratio of smoke plume thrust to the mist spray thrust is introduced here,and the ratio is estimated as 10 by experiments.
