气流温度脉动对煤粉颗粒瞬时热解挥发速率的影响

【摘要】 研究了热气流中气相温度脉动对煤粉颗粒瞬时热解挥发速率的影响.计算结果表明,在不同的气相平均温度条件下,不同粒径煤粉颗粒的瞬时热解挥发速率均受到气相温度脉动的影响.考虑气相温度脉动与未考虑气相温度脉动相比,煤粉颗粒的瞬时热解挥发速率有明显的不同,其峰值增加的幅度超过了谷值降低的幅度.因而气相温度脉动会导致煤粉颗粒热解与挥发分释放的加快.

【Abstract】 The effects of fluctuating temperature of hot gas flow on the instantaneous devolatilization rate of pulverized coal particls are explored. The calculated results show that, under different time-averaged gas temperature, the instantaneous devolatilization rates of pulverized coal particles with different diameters are all affected by the gas fluctuating temperature. Comparing the results with and without the gas temperature fluctuation, obvious differences are found for the instantaneous devolatilization rates of pulverized coal particles. The peak values increased over the devolatilization rates without the gas temperature fluctuation exceed the low values decreased from them. Thus the gas temperature fluctuation leads to more rapid devolatilization of pulverized coal particles.
