【摘要】 对从内蒙古传统发酵酸马奶中分离筛选的L.caseiZhang对小鼠T淋巴细胞亚群、血清IgG和肠黏膜SIgA的影响进行了研究。结果表明,L.caseiZhang可以显著提高小鼠外周血中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+的比例,优化了CD4+/CD8+比值,同时L.caseiZhang可以显著增加小鼠血清IgG质量浓度和小鼠肠黏膜SIgA质量浓度。这些结果说明了L.caseiZhang对小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫及肠黏膜局部免疫具有调节功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effect of oral administration of L.casei Zhang isolated from home-made koumiss of Inner Mongolia on T-lymphocyte subclass, serum IgG and intestinal mucous SIgA of mouse were studied. Research results indicated that oral administration of L.casei Zhang could increase significantly the percentage of CD3+?CD4+ and CD8+,level of serum IgG and intestinal mucous SIgA of mouse,and optimized the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ of T-lymphocyte. These results explained that L.casei Zhang had the regulating function of the cell immunity, the humoural immunity and the intestinal mucous local immunity to mouse.更多还原
