600MW超临界CFB锅炉的水动力计算
HYDRODYNAMIC CALCULATION OF 600 MW SUPERCRITICAL CFB BOILER
【摘要】 在较低的质量流速条件下,对600 MW超临界循环流化床(CFB)锅炉采用一次垂直上升的奥氏体钢光管、碳钢光管、四头内螺纹管、单头内螺纹管的水冷壁管进行了水动力计算。结果表明:(1)降低水冷壁管的摩擦阻力系数可以减缓热偏差,并降低总压降;(2)随着偏离中心管距离的增加,4种水冷壁管的热偏差均降低,摩擦压降、加速压降也逐渐降低,而重位压降逐渐增加;(3)随着偏离中心管距离增加,4种水冷壁管的流量偏差变化趋势不同,奥氏体钢光管的流量偏差逐渐降低,碳钢光管的流量偏差先增加后降低,而四头内螺纹管和单头内螺纹管的流量偏差都逐渐增大。
【Abstract】 Under condition of tower mass flow rate, the hydrodynamic calculation of water - wall tubes in 600 MW supercritical circulating fluidised bed (CFB) boiler adopting four kinds of once - through up - flow tube, namely austenitic steel smooth tube, carbon steel smooth tube, four - thread refled tube, and single - thread refled tube, has been carried out Results show that : (1) decreasing the frictional resistance coefficient of water - wall tubes can slow down the beat deviation, and decrease the total preasure drop ; (2) Along with increasing the distance deviated from center tube, the heat deviation of four kinds for water - wall tubes all to be lowered, the frictional pressure drop and the acceleration pressure drop also to be gradually lowered, but the weight pressure drop to be gradually increased; (3) along with incressing the distance deviated from center tube,the varying tendency of flow rate deviation for austenitic steel smooth tube to be gradually lowered * the flow rate deviation of carbon steel smooth tube to be increased first, find to be lowered later, but the flow rate deviation of four-thread and signle - thread rifled tubes all to be gradually increased.
