水煤浆燃烧过程的数值模拟
NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF CWS COMBUSTION PROCESS
【摘要】 为深入研究水煤浆的燃烧特性,对南海电厂1台200 MW四角切圆燃烧锅炉在全烧水煤浆满负荷运行状况下的炉内流场、温度分布及各组分场进行了数值模拟。结果表明:整个炉膛空间存在1个明显的旋转流场;炉内最高温度出现在燃烧器区域,随着炉膛高度的增加,温度逐渐降低;温度场与各组分场有着对应关系,高温区对应CO2高浓度区和O2的低浓度区;水分在燃烧器段炉膛壁面附近含量较多,中心含量较少,随着高度的增加,这种差别逐渐减小。
【Abstract】 In order to deeply study the combustion behavior of coal-water slurry(CWS) in tangentially fired boiler,a numerical simulation of flow field,temperature distribution,and molar concentration of each species in a 200 MW tangentially fired boiler of Nanhai Power Plant has been carried out under 100% full load.The results show that a swirl flow field exists in the whole space of the furnace,and the highest temperature occurs in the burners’ region.Along with increasing the furnace height,the temperature decreases gradually.Molar fraction of each species has corresponding relation with the temperature distribution.The high temperature zone is characterized by high carbon dioxide concentration and low oxygen concentration.The molar fraction near the water wall in burners’ region was more than that in the center,and along with increasing the furnace height,this difference is reduced gradually.
