【摘要】 江苏农村新型合作医疗的实施居全国之先。本文利用相关指标及数理模型对其保障水平及“适度性”进行测定、评估,发现现阶段江苏农村新型合作医疗保障水平低于适度水平的下限值,说明该制度的供给水平不足,呈现“低度”态。要实现江苏农村合作医疗保障水平的总体适度平衡,可以从合作医疗的基金支出与基金供给两个方面采取适度性调控的平衡策略,促使江苏农村医疗保障制度运行与社会、经济发展良性互动。实现江苏地区社会经济的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development of Jiangsu’s New-type rural cooperation medical system is advanced in China.This paper mensurates and analyzes its level and degree by interrelated indications and models,and concludes that the level of Jiangsu’s New-type rural cooperation medical system is lower than minimum.It indicates that level of supply is deficient.In order to reach the moderate degree,the equilibrium tactics should be adopted through the income and expenses of fund.It will effect mutually good impact between the system and the whole society,economy and realize the sustainable development of social economy of Jiangsu.更多还原
