【摘要】 API CH-4、CI-4柴油机油规格标准中规定采用ASTM D6594测定柴油机油的腐蚀性能,为配合国内CH-4等高档柴油机油的产品开发和质量监测的需要,中国石油大连润滑油研究开发中心修改采用ASTM D6594-2000建立了SH/T 0754-2005“柴油机油在135℃下腐蚀性能评定法”。介绍了该标准方法建立的目的、原理和用途,以及建立该方法所必需的重复性、区分性和参比油试验。试验结果表明本标准与ASTM D6594-2000等效,可用于对油品的腐蚀性能的评定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evaluating the corrosiveness of diesel engine oil with ASTM D6594 was listed in API CH-4,CI-4 heavy duty diesel engine oils specifications.For new products development and quality monitoring of premium diesel engine oils like CH4,a test method equaling to the ASTM D6594-2000 was founded by PetroChina Dalian Lubricating Oil R & D Institute,namely,SH/T 0754-2005,the standard test method for evaluating corrosiveness of diesel engine oil at 135℃.The aim,principle and use of the standard were introduced,as well as the repeatability,distinguishability and reference oil for the essential test.The test results showed,the founded standard test is equal to ASTM D6594-2000,can be used for evaluating the corrosiveness of lube oil.更多还原
