气体静压轴颈轴承的静特性分析及其实验研究
A Static Performance Analysis and Experimental Study of Aerostatic Journal Bearing
【摘要】 针对雷诺方程求解困难的问题,应用Matlab PDE工具箱提出了一种比较方便的数值求解思想,对气体静压轴颈轴承的静态性能进行了研究,将其计算结果与其它分析方法的计算结果进行了比较,并通过实验验证,表明该方法的计算结果十分理想而且非常稳定,证明将该方法应用在流体润滑领域的可行性。
【Abstract】 As the Reynolds Equation is very difficult to solve except in some specific condition,a convenient method to get a numerical solution applying with Matlab PDE Toolbox was put forward,and it was used to study the static performance of aerostatic journal bearing.The calculation results,compared with that obtained by other method and the experimental result,are so perfect and stable that the method is very proper to apply in the field of fluid lubrication field.
