一种无填料轴承密封的研制
Development of a Kind of Non-packing Bearings Seal
【摘要】 基于同心旋转圆柱间的定常流动特点和库塔流的性质,建立了密封腔内外流动模型,并研制出了一种无填料轴承密封。这种密封的主要原理是利用密封腔内外压差克服流体的渗透力,将流体封在轴承外面,改善了密封的使用条件,减少了磨损,同时也降低了维修费用,达到节能的效果。
【Abstract】 According to stationary flow of the concentric revolving cylinder and the quality of Couette stream,the flowing model of inside and outside of seal was established,and a kind of non-packing bearings seal was developed.The principle of this seal makes full use of press difference between the inside and the outside seals to overcome liquid permeation force,so liquid is prevented into the bearings,the usage condition of seal is improved and wear is decreased.The maintaining cost is lowered,the energy saving is realized.
