六氢吡啶二硫代氨基甲酸衍生物的合成及其摩擦学性能研究
Synthesis of Piperidine Dithiocarbamate Derivative and its Tribological Property as Lubricant Additive
【摘要】 采用六氢吡啶二硫代氨基甲酸钠与氯乙酸酯进行取代反应,合成了4种新型润滑油添加剂;用IR、UV、1H NMR1、3C NMR、MS和元素分析对其结构进行表征;对它们的热稳定性和油溶性进行了评价;利用四球摩擦磨损试验机初步考察了它们的摩擦学性能。结果表明,这一类添加剂均具有良好的热稳定性和一定的油溶性,可以明显提高基础油的承载能力。
【Abstract】 Four novel compounsds as lubricant additves were synthesized by sodium piperdine dithiocarbamate with chloroacetate.Molecular structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR,UV,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS and elementary analysis.Thermostability and oil solubility of the derivatives were investigated.The tribological behavior of the synthetic compounds as additive in liquid paraffin were evaluated with a four-ball machine.The results show that these compounds have good thermostability and oil solubility,they can improve the load-carrying capacity of base stock as lubricant additives.
