油气进口位置和进气量对油气润滑滚动轴承性能影响的研究
Study on the Influences of the Air Flow Rate and Feeding Position on the Lubrication of Rolling Bearing
【摘要】 在自行研制的油气润滑滚动轴承的试验装置上,在保持进油量不变条件下,分别研究了油气进口位置变化和进气量大小对油气润滑滚动轴承外圈温度的影响过程,发现改变进气位置,会对各温度测量点的温度升高过程有所影响;滚动轴承的润滑效果随进气量的升高而提高,但当进气量大到一定程度后,继续增加进气量所产生的温度降低效果逐渐变小。
【Abstract】 On the developed experimental rig of rolling bearing lubricated with oil-air,on the conditions of keeping the oil flow rate constant,the influences of the air flow rate and oil-air feeding position on the rolling bearing lubrication were studied.The study show that the change of the oil-air feeding position will influence the process of the temperature increasing on the outer race of the rolling bearing.Increasing the air flow rate can improve the lubrication of the rolling bearing,but such improvement will become very small when the flow rate reach a certain level.
