高档水冷二冲程汽油机油清净性评定技术的研究

【摘要】 为评价高档二冲程润滑油参与燃烧后沉积物的清净性,依据国际上的有关标准和文献,建立了等效于美国西南研究院(SWR I)清净性发动机评定装置,经3种机型(M15、J40、J70)100 h的标准参比油的校机试验表明,发动机沉积物清净性评定数据均在规定的范围之内,说明建立的评定装置具备沉积物清净性的鉴别区分能力。实际评定试验中整套装置运行稳定、可靠,已成功用于TC-W3高档水冷二冲程汽油机油的清净性评定。

【Abstract】 To evaluate the sediments and detergency of top grade two-stroke cycle engine oils after combustion,a set of equipment was established according to the advanced technology and standards in the world,and some experimental study on three models(M15,J40,J70).According to the test results from 100 h calibration experiments respectively,all the data within the area they should be,which shows the test system has good distinguish ability and can be used for detergency test.The all test system works well in the actual operation,which has been successful used as the evaluating detergency test for TC-W3 grade water-cooled two-stroke gasoline engine oils.
