激光加工多孔密封端面的摩擦性能试验研究

【摘要】 对激光加工多孔密封端面的摩擦性能进行试验研究。试验在专用试验台上进行,不同转速条件下测量不同微孔深度和微孔密度的激光加工多孔密封端面的摩擦扭矩和端面温升,并与普通密封端面进行比较。结果显示,转速、微孔深度和微孔密度对摩擦扭矩和端面温升有很大影响;对于一定的微孔直径,优化微孔深度和微孔密度值,可使摩擦扭矩和端面温升最小。试验结果说明机械密封的微孔端面结构可显著改善密封环的摩擦性能。

【Abstract】 The friction performances of laser-textured porous seal face were experimentally investigated.Tests were performed on a special rig to measure friction torque and face temperature rise for the laser-textured porous seal face of various pore depth and area density in a condition of various rotation rate,and compared with conventional seal face.Results indicate that effect of rotation rate,pore depth and density on friction torque and face temperature rise is very significant.Optimum values of pore depth and density can minimize friction torque and face temperature rise.The test results show that the micro-pore seal face of mechanical seals can be used to improve friction performance of the mating rings.
