全无油润滑压缩机设计中参数选取的研究

【摘要】 为使全无油润滑压缩机设计合理,对涉及的参数进行了选取。按排气温度小于140℃的原则来确定级数和压力比,转速取600~1 000 r/m in,径长比取1/6~1/7,提高了活塞环和导向环的寿命;采用簧片阀时相对余隙容积取0.02~0.035,泄漏系数取0.8~0.9,提高压缩机的排气量;填充PTFE的[pv]值取0.6~0.8 MPa.m/s,高压级导向环承压表面许用比压[k]取0.06~0.12 MPa,使压缩机的结构紧凑。按上述参数选取原则设计后的全无油压缩机性能优良、运行可靠。

【Abstract】 Involved parameters was selected correctly in order to design reasonablely the oilless lubrication compressors.The rule of making exhaust temperature below 140 ℃ was used to determine pressure-ratio and stage number,speed range was 600~1 000 r/min,radius-length ratio was 1/6~1/7,so the life of piston pings and guiding pings was improved.In order to improve discharge capacity,relative clearance volume was selected as 0.02~0.035 when a reed valve was used,leakage factor was selected as 0.8~0.9. of filled PTFE was 0.6~0.8 MPa·m/s,permission face contact pressure of guiding ring of higher pressure stage should be selected as 0.06~0.12 MPa,these made compressor structure compact.The compressor has better properties and can run reliably after designed as all parameters selection rules.
