穿地龙机器人气动冲击机构动密封的研究
Research of Movement Seal for Gas Impact Machine of Puncturing Mud Dragon Robot
【摘要】 介绍了穿地龙机器人气动冲击机构动密封的组成,分别对其梯形沟槽迷宫与活塞环密封方式进行了研究,确定了具体设计参数。经实际检验,采用这种密封能够有效阻止气体的泄漏,使冲击机构在较小的气压(≥0.4 MPa)下任意地起动并形成稳定的振动,保证了机器人前进所需的驱动力,并使得机器人的穿孔作业操作方便、灵活。
【Abstract】 The composing of movement seal for gas impact machine of puncturing mud dragon robot was introduced.Research of its trapezium groove labyrinth seal and piston ring seal were carried through.The main design parameters were confirmed.The practice test result shows the seal can prevent gas leak availably and impact machine is started and librated steadily at lower gas pressure(≥0.4 MPa),it offers driving force for robot walking and the operation of robot perforating is convenient and agile.
