表面微造型技术改善物体表面摩擦性能的研究
Research in Improving Tribology Performance by Surface Texturing
【摘要】 物体表面的微细形貌深刻影响和改变着物体表面的摩擦性能,这就促使人们利用各种加工手段在物体表面进行微细造型改变表面状况以达到所需要的表面摩擦性能。本文首先论述了微造型的几何参数及其对摩擦性能的影响,接着阐述了近年来物体表面微细形貌加工方法以及表面微造型技术的应用领域,最后提出了表面微造型技术的可能发展方向。
【Abstract】 Micro asperities have a deep effect on tribology performance of mechanical components.It is very necessary to use a certain kind of technique of surface texturing to improve tribology performance.The shape and distribution of micro asperities and their effect on tribology property were described,various forms and techniques of surface texturing was reviewed,and laser surface texturing(LST) and LIGA were discussed.The application of surface texturing was provided.Some potential researches on surface texturing were put forward.
