【摘要】 以机械密封型式试验及科研开发试验的要求为依据,研制出了测试性能参数全、弹簧比压可动态调整的机械密封计算机辅助试验装置。试验装置包括机械系统和计算机数据采集系统两大部分。其中,机械系统由试验台架、液压加载泵站、试验介质增压保压装置等部件组成;数据采集系统由传感器、采集电路、串行通信控制电路、组合电源和计算机等组成。试验装置实现了动态下机械密封弹簧比压和振动的测量,可为机械密封产品的性能评价提供有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the requirement of type approval test and scientific research test of mechanical seals,a new computer aided testing device for mechanical seal was developed,in which the spring pressure can be dynamically adjusted.This testing device includes the mechanical system and the computer data acquisition system.The mechanical system is composed of test-bed,hydraulic loading pump station,pressurized and hold device of test medium.The computer data acquisition system is composed of sensors,data acquisition circuits,serial communication controlling circuit,combined power supply and computer.This testing device can measure spring pressure and vibration under dynamic conditions,it is an effective means to evaluate the performances of the mechanical seal products.更多还原
