硫、磷系添加剂复合使用在菜籽油中的抗磨性能研究
Research on the Antiwear Properties of the Sulfur-system and Phosphorus-system Compound Lubricant Additives in Rapeseed Oil
【摘要】 以菜籽油为基础油,在四球摩擦磨损实验机上分别考察了两组硫系和磷系添加剂T321与T304、T321与T307复合使用对菜籽油的抗磨性和极压性的影响。结果表明,在菜籽油中加入添加剂T321与T304能更好地提高菜籽油的抗磨性能和极压性能。
【Abstract】 Taking rapeseed oil as base constituent,the influence of the two compound lubricant additives,sulfur-system T321 and phosphorus-system T304,sulfur-system T321 and phosphorus-system T307,on the antiwear properties and extreme pressure characteristics of rapeseed oil were investigated on a 4-ball friction-wear tester.The results show that the T321 and the T304 are beneficial to improve the load capacity and resistance to extreme pressure of lubrication film.
