合金元素锌/镍对铜基粉末冶金刹车材料的影响
The Effects of Alloy Elements Zn/Ni on the Properties of Copper-based Brake Materials
【摘要】 通过对比研究了合金元素锌和镍对铜基粉末冶金刹车材料性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:铜锡合金基体中加入少量Zn能提高材料的摩擦因数,继续增加Zn含量,摩擦因数反而降低。高转速摩擦条件下,Zn能提高材料的耐磨性能;铜锡合金基体中加入少量N i能提高材料的摩擦因数和耐磨性能。基体中Zn、N i含量不宜过高,N i比Zn更有利于提高铜基刹车材料的综合性能。
【Abstract】 The effects of alloy elements(Zn、Ni) on the properties of copper-based brake materials were investigated.The results show that modicum Zn can increase friction coefficient,lots of Zn will decrease friction coefficient inversely.Under the condition of high rotating rate,Zn can decrease the wear loss of friction materials.Modicum Ni can increase friction coefficients and wear property of copper based brake materials.Contrast with Zn,Ni can do much more good to the properties of copper based brake materials.
