人体手背皮肤的摩擦学特性试验研究

【摘要】 为了研究手部皮肤的生物、摩擦学特性和为护手产品的相关研究提供科学依据,采用微观摩擦试验机测定手背皮肤的摩擦因数,经过对24位健康志愿者的左右手手背皮肤表面的摩擦学特性试验,结果是:在受试者手背皮肤保持自然洁净的情况下,女性左、右手手背皮肤的摩擦因数平均值分别为0.49和0.48,而男性左、右手手背皮肤的摩擦因数平均值分别为0.38和0.39;在受试者手背涂抹护肤用甘油后,其皮肤的摩擦因数明显升高且均超过1,保持时间大约220 m in。研究结果表明:男性手背的摩擦因数比女性偏低;男、女手背不同位置处皮肤的摩擦因数相差不大;人体左、右手手背的摩擦因数无明显差别;甘油的润肤保湿效果显著。

【Abstract】 In order to study the biological and tribological properties of hand skin and provide hand skin care products with useful manufacture data,the measurement test of the friction coefficient of the skin on the back of hand was carried out on a micro-tribometer.Twenty-four healthy volunteers were tested.The test results are as follows:the mean friction coefficients of the back of hands of female are 0.49(left hand) and 0.48(right hand),the mean friction coefficients of the back of hands of male are 0.38(left hand) and 0.39(right hand) when the hand skin is under natural condition.When glycerin is applied to the hand,the friction coefficient of its skin increases distinctly and exceeds 1,and the remained time of this high friction coefficient is about 220 min.The study results show that the friction coefficient of the male is lower than that of the female.The friction coefficient is approximately same at different skin sites on the back of right or left hands.No much difference exists about the friction coefficient of both hands of the man or the woman.And the skin-moistening effect of glycerin is distinct.
