内燃机滑动轴承性能正交试验方法研究

【摘要】 针对内燃机滑动轴承性能影响因素的复杂性,结合CAE技术和正交试验设计法来分析内燃机滑动轴承润滑性能,确定了关键影响因素分别是转速、间隙、宽度、润滑油粘度,得到了适合该轴承润滑性能关键因素的最佳组合。仿真计算结果表明,该组合是最优的。最后检验了正交试验法在分析内燃机滑动轴承润滑性能方面的正确性。

【Abstract】 Considering complex factors which give emphasis on bearing hydrodynamic behavior,a new method which combined with CAE analysis technique and orthogonal design methodology was introduced to analyze bearing hydrodynamic behavior of internal combustion engine.The key influencing factors were confirmed,which are rotating speed,clearance,width and oil viscosity.And the combination of the key factors which affect bearing lubrication behavior mostly was got.The simulation result shows that the combination of key influencing factors is excellent.CAE experiment shows that the orthogonal design methodology is effective for the analysis of the lubrication behavior of bearing.
