错位浮环轴承稳定性的边界元分析
The Boundary Element Analysis of Stability in Dislocated Floating-ring Bearing
【摘要】 为了提高轴承的稳定性,将增加浮环和改进几何形状两种方法结合起来,设计了错位浮环轴承,并采用边界元方法,研究了在各种偏心率下错位浮环轴承的稳定性,得到了错位浮环轴承的轴颈表面、轴承表面及浮环内外表面的压力随偏心率的变化而变化的规律。结果表明,在各种偏心率下,错位浮环轴承提高了轴承的稳定性,与错位轴承相比,错位浮环轴承减少了内摩擦力,为减少磨损提供了有利条件。
【Abstract】 The dislocated floating-ring bearing was designed combining the way of alteration the shape of bearing with adding floating-ring in order to enhance the stability of bearing.The stability of dislocated floating ring was researched by using boundary element method and the change of pressures on the surface of bearing,bearing-neck,inner floating-ring and outer one with the change of eccentric ratio were obtained.The results show that the stability of dislocated floating-bearing is improved and internal friction of it is less than that of dislocated bearing.
