【摘要】 根据机器的磨损规律,分析了机器磨合机理和磨合的相关因素,略去次要因素,通过简化磨损过程的解析模型,提出了磨合过程方程式,研制出新的磨合油和制定了新的磨合规范。实践表明,采用新的磨合规范不仅提高了磨合质量,而且大大缩短了磨合时间,降低了磨合成本,提高了生产率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mechanics and factors related to running-in were analyzed according to wear regularity of machinery.By omitting secondary factors and simplifying analytical model describing wear procedure,the equation of running-in procedure was advanced,new running-in oil was developed and new runningin criterion was established.Practical production shows that,with new runningin criterion,running-in quality is improved,running-in cost is reduced,and production rate is increased.更多还原
