含硅聚酰亚胺的合成及性能研究
Synthesis of polyimide-siloxane copolymers and their properties
【摘要】 合成了一类含硅二胺双氨丙基四甲基二硅氧烷,并将其与芳族二胺和芳族四酸二酐共聚,得到了一系列不同配比的含硅聚酰亚胺。通过差热分析(DSC)和热重分析(TGA),表明引入有机硅链段能有效地改善聚酰亚胺的性能。共聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)符合Kwei方程。
【Abstract】 1,3-bis-(3-aminopropyl)tetramethyldisiloxane(SiDA) and a series of polyimide containing siloxanes based on SiDA,ODA,BTDA were synthesized and characterized by~1H-NMR,IR,DSC,TGA.The results showed that the properties of the polyimide were modified by introducing the siloxanes into the polyimide chaines.The values of Tg could be located by Kwei Equation.The Tg of polyimide containing siloxanes chain in different mol ratio of SiDA,ODA and BTDA was also calculated by Kwei equation and this coluld provide a new method for material selection.
