有机硅改性三聚氰胺甲醛树脂的研究
Study on melamine-formaldehyde resin modified with silicone
【摘要】 合成了有机硅改性的三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。采用正交实验方法研究了有机硅添加量、聚乙烯醇添加量、三聚氰胺/甲醛比例3种因素对树脂断裂伸长率的影响;采用红外光谱和热失重分析法对试样进行了测试。结果表明,有机硅的加入确使树脂的韧性有所提高,但是对树脂的耐热性能有一定不良影响。
【Abstract】 The melamine-formaldehyde resin modified with silicone was synthesized and the effect of silicone amount,polyvinyl alcohol amount and melamine-formaldehyde ratio on the elongation of the resin at break was investigated by means of orthogonal experiments;The sample was tested with IR and TGA.The experimental results showed that the toughness of the modified resin was improved but the thermal stability was declined.
