【摘要】 目的:观察仙鱼汤治疗中晚期原发性支气管肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者分随机为2组。治疗组40例,采用仙鱼汤(由仙鹤草、鱼腥草、猫爪草、山海螺、天冬、山慈菇、浙贝母、莱菔子、守宫、枳壳、党参等组成)治疗。对照组20例,采用平消胶囊治疗。2组均以3周为1疗程。主要观察临床症状、瘤体大小、免疫功能等方面的变化。结果:治疗后2组临床症状均得到一定程度的缓解,在气短、咳嗽、血痰、乏力症状方面,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0．05)。治疗后瘤体稳定率治疗组为82．5％,对照组为75．0％,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0．05)。治疗后治疗组NKC、LBT、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+／CD8+均有所提高,CD8+较治疗前有所降低,分别与治疗前比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P< 0．05,P<0．01)。治疗后免疫功能各项指标治疗组与对照组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0．05,P<0．01)。结论:仙鱼汤能缓解中晚期原发性支气管肺癌的临床症状,稳定瘤体,提高患者的免疫力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xianyu Tang (XYT,仙鱼汤) for middle-late stage primary bronchial lung cancer (PBLC). Methods: 60 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (40 cases) was treated by XYT (composed of Herba Hout-tuyniae, Radix Ranunculi Ternati, Radix Codonopsis Lanceolatae, Radix Asparagi, Pseudobulbus Cremastrae seu Pleiones, Bulbus Fritillariae Thun-bergii, Semen Raphani, Gekko Chinensis, Fructus Aurantii and Radix Codonopsis). The control group (20 cases) by Pingxiao capsules (平消胶囊). Three weeks constituted a course of treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms, size of tumor and immunologic function were observed. Re-sults: After treatment, the clinical symptoms were relieved in both groups, the comparison of shortness of breath, cough, bloody phlegm and fatigue of treatment group with control group showed marked significance ( P < 0. 05). After treatment, the stable rate of tumor was 82. 5% and 75. 0% in treatment group and control group respectively ( P > 0. 05). After treatment, the NKC, LBT, CD3+,CD4+ CD4+/CD8+ of treatment group were increased, CD8+ was decreased than that of before treatment, comparison with before treatment showed marked or very marked significance( P < 0. 05, P < 0.01) individually.
