“红核子”龙眼胚胎发育不同时期的蛋白质组分析

【摘要】 采用IEF-SDS-PAGE双向电泳技术,对“红核子”(Dimdcarpus longan Lour.cv.Red Seed)龙眼合子胚发育不同时期的蛋白质进行分离,得到清晰的电泳图谱。结果表明:同一品种的龙眼胚胎在不同发育时期蛋白质组电泳图谱基本一致,胚胎发育不同时期蛋白质组也具有各发育时期的特异性。从图谱中得到26个差异表达的蛋白质,其等电点多集中在5.0 ̄6.5之间,分子量多集中在20 ̄43ku之间。这些差异蛋白为今后进一步研究龙眼胚胎发育的分子机理及基因调控提供了试验基础。

【Abstract】 IEF-SDS-PAGE technique was applied to separate proteins during different zygotic embryo development stages in longan(Dimdcarpus longan Lour.), and the protein gel maps were clear. The protein patterns of 2D-E (two dimensional electrophoresis) were found similar, but different during different embryo development stages within the same longan species. From the protein gel maps 26 specific proteins were found, and their molecular weight and isoelectric point mainly ranged from 20 ku to 43 ku and from pI5.0 to pI6.5 respectively. These differential proteins would be very useful for the future study on molecular mechanism and genetic regulation of embryo development in longan.
