【摘要】 目的调查口腔正畸科存在的医院感染危险因素,以采取有效措施控制感染。方法对口腔正畸科的各种器械、物体表面、医务人员的手和口包进行目标监测。结果正畸材料、医务人员的手和口包细菌污染情况严重,严格执行消毒隔离制度能有效控制口腔正畸科医院感染的发生。结论口腔正畸器、材料、医务人员手等易受污染引起医院感染,严格制定和落实消毒隔离及防护措施对预防口腔正畸治疗的医院感染非常必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the factors that induce the hospital infection during orthodontic treatment and take effective control measure. Method Medical instruments, object surfaces, the hands and surgical masks of medical staff were surveyed. Result Orthodontic instrument, object surface, hands and surgical masks of medical stuff are serioulsy contaminated. Procedures of sterilization and isolation should be carried out systematically in order to minimize the risk of hospital infection. Conclusion Orthodontic instrument, object surface, hands and surgical masks of medical staff are easily contaminated. They can lead to hospital infection. It is important to prevent and control the hospital infection in orthodontic treatment by drawing up and strictly enforcing sterilized measures.更多还原
