自生生活阿米巴的培养、保种和染色的再观察

【摘要】 目的观察筛选自生生活阿米巴的培养、保存和染色方法,为人体寄生虫学实验教学标本提供代用品。方法用不同的方法和材料培养保存自生生活阿米巴,比较观察其复苏、生长效果;分别用活体染色、碘染色和固定染色(铁苏木素、三色染色法)。结果青菜水对自生生活阿米巴培养最佳,上述染色剂均能使自生生活阿米巴着色。结论再观察结果证明,自生生活阿米巴可作为人体寄生虫学实验教学标本的代用品,若与其染色标本配合使用,效果更好。

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the methods of cultivation, preservation and staining of free living amoebae and make use of these amoebae for teaching of human parasitology. Method Various cultivation media were used in this study. The growth of amoebae was determined using vital stain, iodine stain, iron hematoxylin and trichrome staining methods. Result The green foods juice was found to be an ideal cultivation medium. Free living amoebae were stained by all of these staining methods. Conclusion Green food juice cultivated amoebae can be used in the teaching parasitology.
