低温状态下兔动脉舒张功能的研究
Effects of Hypothermia on Arterial Dilation
【摘要】 目的探讨在不同介质条件下低温对兔肺动脉、肾动脉、颈动脉内皮依赖性舒张与非内皮依赖性舒张的影响。方法选48只新西兰兔,每24只分为一组,每8只兔取一种血管环,每一实验组血管环选自同一只新西兰兔。8只血管环为一实验组,随机分为对照组(37℃)、实验组1(30℃)、实验组2(24℃)、实验组3(16℃)。另24只重复相同实验,取平均数。建立不同低温条件下乙酰胆碱、硝酸甘油浓度依赖性曲线。测定不同低温对乙酰胆碱及硝酸甘油引起动脉内皮依赖性舒张及非内皮依赖性舒张的影响。结果各低温与常温组及前一低温组之间相比,显著抑制肺动脉、肾动脉、颈动脉内皮依赖性舒张与非内皮依赖性舒张(P<0.001)。结论低温抑制动脉内皮依赖性舒张与非内皮依赖性舒张功能减弱,这对心脏手术后并发症的发生机制的深入理解有重要临床意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of hypothermia on endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vascular relaxation. Method Vascular rings from group of 8 New Zealand rabbits were treated with acetylcholine or nitroglycerin at various temperatures (37℃, 30℃, 24℃, or 16℃). A total of 48 New Zealand rabbits were used in this study and the experiments were repeated twice. Relaxation-response curves of vascular rings from pulmonary artery, renal artery and carotid artery with endothelium were plotted. Effects of hyporthermia on acetylcholine and nitroglycerin-induced endothelium-dependent and endothelium-independent vasomotor responses were assessed. Result Endothelium-dependent relaxation of pulmonary artery, renal artery, and carotid artery were inhibited at low temperature. Endothelium-dependent vasomotor response to acetylcholine was significantly reduced under the condition of hypothermia (P<0.001). Hypothermia also significantly inhibited endothelium-independent relaxation of pulmonary artery, renal artery, and carotid artery (P<0.001). Conclusion Hypothermia inhibits the relaxation of both endothelium-dependent and endothelium independent vasomotor responses. The results may enhance our understanding of the underlying mechanism of complications after heart cardiac surgery.
