【摘要】 目的调查江门市新会区某些机关、事业单位人群的血脂和血糖状况。方法随机抽取团体体检并有血脂和血糖检测项目的3个机关与事业单位职工作为调查对象,并设1个正常对照组,在组间比较其血脂和血糖水平。结果医务组的TC、TG、TC+TG和Glu,工商组的TC、TG和Glu,财政组的TG和TC+TG,其增高检出率均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);医务组、工商组和财政组的TC等多项指标的检测均数均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);这些血脂和血糖水平在3个调查组之间亦有不同程度的差别。结论新会区机关和事业单位人群的高血脂和高血糖检出率比较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the levels of blood lipid and blood glucose in 3 selected populations of workers in Xinhui area. Methods Staffs from 3 different organizations were randomly selected in this study. The levels of their blood lipid and blood glucose were measured. The results were compared with a normal control group. The levels of blood lipid and glucose were also compared between groups. Results The TC, TG, TC+TG, and Glu of the medical group, the TC, TG, and Glu of the industrial-commercial group, the TG and TC+TG of the financial group were higher than the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). All of the indices in the medical group,the industrial-commercial group and the financial group were higher than the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The levels of the blood lipid and glucose were different in these 3 groups of workers. Conclusion An elevated level of the blood lipid and blood glucose was observed in people working in the 3 selected organizations in Xinhui area.更多还原
