【摘要】 目的了解住院肿瘤患者健康教育需求情况,更好地开展患者健康教育。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法,对住院肿瘤患者进行无记名的问卷调查。问卷包括4大项40小项,用EXCEL8.0建立数据库,用Spss10.0forWindows软件进行统计学处理,采用非参数Kruskal-WallNs检验及χ2检验进行分析。结果收到有效问卷193张,欢迎开展健康教育者占93.8%。对健康教育的内容以提高生活质量知识的需求为最多,男性较偏重康复训练知识的需求,女性较偏重了解有关疾病的知识;患者住院期间对有关疾病的知识较关心,出院后对继续用药相关知识、饮食指导、康复训练等较关心,出院后咨询以返院咨询最受欢迎,不同年龄、职业、文化程度、病种和科室的患者所需求的健康教育内容无差异。结论住院肿瘤患者渴望健康教育。健康教育的方式应因人而异,健康教育应贯穿于医疗、护理和康复过程中,有效提高患者的治疗质量和生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the requirement of health education in the hospitalized patients with cancer. Methods An investigation was made on 193 patients with cancer in various departments of the hospital by asking them to anonymously fill in the specially designed questionnaires. The questionnaire covered 4 areas (40 items). A data base was established with EXCEL8.0. The SPSS10.0 for Windows was used and the data was analyzed with Kruskal-Wall’s test or χ2 test. Results There were 193 valid questionnaires. 93.8% of the patients welcome the idea of having health education provided by the hospital. Most of the patients wanted to improve the quality of their life. Female patients wanted to have the knowledge about cancer while male patients wanted to receive rehabilitation training. Inpatients are more interested in knowing the knowledge related to their dieases. Medication, diet, and rehabilitation training are the major concern of the outpatients. After treatment, patients prefer to have the follow-up counseling at the hospital. The requirement of health education in patients varied with age, education level, and occupation. Conclusion There is a need for hospitalized cancer patients to receive health education. The way to conduct health education may vary among individuals. Health education should be provided to all patients before and after treatment.更多还原
