【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes and pattern of local outbreak of malaria and to provide basis for making the scientific countermeasures. Method The reports of epidemic diseases in Xiangfan from 2000 to 2004 and the annual summary reports of epidemiology were analyzed. Result Malaria broke out and spread in Xiangfan local area form 2002 to 2003. Conclusion The main causes of this prevalence are the loose epidemic management and the accumulation of infectious sources. Treating malaria case and relapse cases could effectively control the prevalent of malaria.更多还原
