【摘要】 目的进一步了解莒南县近年来开展肠道线虫病的防治效果。方法按全国人体寄生虫分布调查方法,抽样调查了该县3个村庄人群的肠道线虫感染现状。结果共查1 518人,总感染率为45.85%;男、女感染率分别为50.14%和41.98%。总感染率以学龄前儿童最高为54.01%,其次为小学生52.14%。感染1、2、3和4种虫者分别占感染人数的61.73%、27.81%、9.44%和1.03%。人群中以蛔虫和鞭虫的感染率较高,分别为35.64%和28.00%。结论该县肠道线虫病防治形势仍然十分严峻,需要继续采取全民驱虫、健康教育及改善落后的经济发展状况为主要内容的综合防治措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the results in control of human intestinal nematodial in recent years in Junan County. Methods The infectious status of intestinal nematodes in three villages of Junan County according to the unified national survey of distribution of huaman parasites. Results Totally 1,518 people were surveyed and 696 inhabitants were infected with the total nematode infection rate of 45.85%.,being 50.14% in the males and 41.98% in the females.The infection rate in preschool children was 54.01%,being the highest and next was in primary school pupils with an infection rate of 52.14%.The infection rates of inhabitants with 1,2,3 and 4 species of nematodes were 61.73%,27.81%,9.44% and 1.03%,respectively.The infection rate of Ascaris lumbricoides and Trichuris trichiura was 35.64% and 28.00%. Conclusion The situation of human intestinal nematode infection is still serious and integrated control measures inclding mass administration of helminthic,health education,improvement of econoic status be taken in Junan county.更多还原
