【摘要】 目的建立快速有效分离已烯雌酚、已酸羟孕酮、醋酸甲羟孕酮、戊酸雌二醇的方法。方法方法以ZORBAX SB-C18 5μm 4.6×250mm色谱柱,乙腈:水=8:2作为流动相,分离四种组分。结果四种组分分离良好,在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,日间相对标准偏差为2.75%~9.22%,检出限:已烯雌酚0.014μg/ml;已酸羟孕酮0.006μg/ml;醋酸甲羟孕酮0.032μg/ml;戊酸雌二醇0.100μg/ml。结论该法灵敏度精密度好,能满足检测要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a effective method for determination of diethyistilbestrol,hydroxyprogesterone,esrtodiol valerate,medroxyprogestone acetate. Methods ZORBAX SB-C18 5μm 4.6×250mm was used for separation,8+2 acetonitrile:water=8+2 was used as flow. Results All four components were entirely separated,and showing a nicer linear relation on corresponding to concentrations,relative standard deviates were 2.75%～9.22%,MDL were: Diethyistilbestrol 0.014μg/mL;Hydroxyprogesterone 0.006μg/ml;Medroxyprogestone 0.032μg/mL;Esrtodiol Valerate 0.100μg/mL.
