【摘要】 目的探讨内服外敷龙血竭胶囊在治疗寻常痤疮方面的效果。方法将216例寻常痤疮患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组114例应用龙血竭胶囊内服外敷治疗寻常型痤疮,并将其与102例口服罗红霉素和外用玫芦消痤膏治疗的对照组作比较。观察两组治疗前后各皮损的数目及副作用。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组明显改善寻常痤疮皮损等临床症状,优于对照组。治疗组未见明显不良反应,对照组6例出现ALT轻度升高,4例胃部不适、恶心、头晕,有2例发生皮肤刺激症状。结论龙血竭胶囊在治疗寻常痤疮有较好疗效,可用于寻常痤疮的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of dragon’s blood capsules on acne vulgaris. Methods Two hundred and sixteen cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group consited of 114 cases and orally given dragon’s blood capsules plus external application of dragon’s blood capsules and the control group consisted of 102 cases orally given roxithromycin dispersible tablets plus external application of meiluxiaozuo cream.Skin lesions and side effects were observed before and after treatment. Results Chi-square test analysis showed that curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(χ~2=6.25,P<0.01).Skin lesions in patients of treatment group was markedly improved after treatment and showing significant difference as compared with that of the control group.No obvious side effects were found in treatment group,but side effects were observed in 12 cases of control group,such as dermal stimulated symptom,nausea,vertigo and a light rise of ALT. Conclusion Dragon’s blood capsules is effective for treatment of ance vulgaris.更多还原
