深圳市地铁生物性病原污染基线调查
Survey of status of biological contamination in underground railway in Shenzhen City
【摘要】 目的了解深圳地铁生物性病原污染情况,为地铁营运卫生管理提供基础数据。方法依照相关方法,采集深圳市地铁环境中空气和冷却水样本,进行相关的病原学分析,并进行相应的评价。结果地铁运营前各站点空气细菌总数合格率为100%;空气中生物性污染源以霉菌为主,站厅、站台、隧道合格率分别为82%、72%、74%;18个地铁站37份冷却塔水未检出军团菌。结论深圳地铁18个地铁站生物性污染程度较轻,污染原以霉菌为主。建议加强地铁卫生管理,制定相应的地铁空气卫生学标准。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of biological contamination of No.1 and No.4 line subway in Shenzhen City and provide basis for sanitary management. Methods Samples were collected and total number of bacteria, mould and hemolytic Streptococcus in the air samples were detected based on <The Law for Hygienic Test Criterion in Public Places>(GB/T18204-2000); Legionella in the cooled tower water was also detected according to <Hygienic Criterion Implemented for Guidance of Air Conditioning Ventilation in Public Places>. Results The qualification rate of the total air bacteria in each subway station was 100%. The major biological contamination was mildew; The qualification rates in the places of parlor, platform and tunnel was 82%, 72% and 74%, respectively. The no Legionella was detected in 37 cooling tower water samples collected from the 18 subway stations. Conclusion The contamination of 18 subway stations in Shenzhen City is mould, the main microorganism is mildew. The hygienic management is indicated for enhancement of the sanitary level in subway.
