137Csγ射线辐照对红细胞功能影响的研究
Study on the impact of radiation of 137Csγ on the function of RBC
【摘要】 目的探讨不同剂量γ射线辐照ACD-全血中红细胞在不同保存期的功能变化。方法将ACD-全血(保质期21d)200ml分为4组,于采血后当天进行0、15、25、35Gyγ射线辐照。所有样品于4℃保存,在辐照后第d0、d7、d14、d21分别测定红细胞三磷酸腺苷(ATP)酶活性、过氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性、2,3-磷酸甘油酸(2,3-DPG)含量。结果在各保存期,各辐照剂量组的红细胞ATP酶活性、SOD活性、2,3-DPG含量,与对照组比较差异均无显著性(P>0·05),但各组2,3-DPG含量在d7开始下降,d21时已下降为0。结论15-35Gyγ射线辐照对ACD全血的保质期内的红细胞活性(ATP酶)、SOD活性和红细胞携氧能力(2,3-DPG)均无明显影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the effect of different dosage of gamma irradiation on the function of red blood cells(RBC) in ACD-whole blood at various storage period. Methods ACD-whole blood (expiry dated 21) was divided into 4 groups and treated with gamma irradiated at doses of 0 (as control), 15,25,35Gy on the day of collection. All samples were stored at 4℃ in refrigerator. On the day 0,7,14 and 21,the samples were measured for adenosine triphosphatase (ATP-ase) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, 2,3-diphosphoglyceric acid (2,3-DPG) content of RBC. Results At various storage period, there no differences in activity of ATP-ase, SOD activity and 2,3-DPG content were observed in individual irradiated groups at compared with normal controls respectively (P>0.05), but 2,3-DPG content in all irradiated groups and control began to reduce on day 7, and as Iow as zero on day 21. Conclusion 15~35 Gy gamma irradiation does not affect obviously the activity of ATP-ase and SOD activity as well as the oxygen-carrying capacity of RBC (2,3-DPG) during the period of validity of the ACD-whole blood.
