【摘要】 目的分析综合医院老年肺结核的误诊原因,提高老年肺结核的诊断水平。方法运用临床分析方法,对110例误诊的老年肺结核患者进行分析。结果临床表现以咳嗽、咳痰及消瘦、乏力为主,分别占81.8%和58·2%。X线胸片示病灶表现不典型。大多有合并症和并发症。结核菌素试验阴性率高,占54.6%。痰结核菌检出率明显高于青壮年组。结论应加强对综合医院医生老年肺结核病诊断知识的培训。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the causes in misdiagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis in senile elderly in integrated hospitals so as to improve the diagnosis level. Methods The data concerning 110 misdiagnosed pulmonary tuberculosis patients were clinically analyzed. Results The symptoms were mainly coughs, phlegm, emaciation, fatigue. The thoracic imaging results of foci by X-ray were not atypical. The negative rate of tuberculin test was high and complications were observed in most the patients. The sputum positive rate in the senile group was higher than that in the young and adults groups. Conclusion The training of doctors on diagnosis of senile tuberculosis in integrated hospital be strengthened to reduce the rate of misdiagnosis.更多还原
