【摘要】 目的建立痤疮洗剂有效成份检测方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中的黄柏和大黄进行定性鉴别;用薄层扫描法测定黄柏中盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果薄层图谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.04μg~0.20μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9950),平均加样回收率为98.69%,RSD=1.66%。结论本方法易于操作,结果准确,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for detection of active component in acne lotion. Methods The scutell aria and phellodendron were identified by thin layer chromatography and the content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by thin layer chromatography scanning. Results The chromatogram spots were clear and no interference was found in the negative reference.The linear range of berberine hydrochloride on calibration curve was between 0.04μg and 0.20μg(r=0.9950).The average recovery rate was 98.69% and RSD=1.66%. Conclusion This preparation method was easy to manipulate and the quality was stable and controllable as well as reproducible.更多还原
