【摘要】 目的了解江门市的传染病漏报情况,掌握传染病的实际发病,为江门市今后的传染病防治管理工作提供科学依据。方法通过对2003年和2004年两年在全市抽查48间次的医院进行传染病漏报调查,比较两年的漏报情况,同时按传染病的种类、报告医院的等级等因素进行汇总统计分析。结果共调查了711例传染病,漏报率为4.78%,其中丙类传染病比乙类漏报严重,随着等级的升高,各医院的漏报情况越低。结论今后江门市要继续加强传染病的报告管理工作,狠抓薄弱环节,使传染病防治工作做得更好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of missed reporting cases of infectious diseases in Jiangmen City for grasping the actual infection and offer scientific basis for control and management of infectious diseases. Methods Survey of missed reporting infections was made in 48 hospitals selected and examined in 2003 and 2004, the factors associated with the missed reporting infections were analyzed. Results Totally 711 infections were surveyed with a missed reporting rate of 4.78%. The missed reporting rate of type C infectious diseases was higher than that of type B and the missed reporting rates were lower in higher level hospitals than the lower level ones. Conclusion The work of management of report of infectious diseases be strengthened.更多还原
