2005年安徽省血吸虫病疫情监测结果分析

【摘要】 目的分析安徽省2005年国家级血吸虫病疫情监测点调查结果,为制订防治对策提供参考。方法按《全国血吸虫病监测方案》和《全国血吸虫病监测方案操作手册》的调查内容与调查方法开展监测点调查工作,统计与分析各项指标。结果全省12个监测点人群粪检阳性率为1.19%,牛与羊的粪检阳性率分别为11.3%和6.1%;活螺密度1.4155只/0.11m~2,阳性螺密度0.0035只/0.11m~2。结论农业生产仍是血吸虫病感染的主要方式,而有效控制易感地带阳性螺密度和流行区家畜血吸虫病是当前防治工作的重点和难点。此外,需要进一步关注晚期血吸虫病的防治工作。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the surveillance results of schistosomiasis in Anhui in 2005,and pro- vide the consulted data for policy-making.Methods According the national surveillance protocol of schisto- somiasis and the operations manual of the protocol,the surveillance of endemic situation of schistosomiasis was carried out, the figures were calculated and analyzed,and suggestions concerning preventing and control the disease were proposed.Results Stool specimens of the residents,cattle and goats in twelve surveillance sites were examined,the positive rate,in average,of schistosomiasis was 1.19%,11.3% and 6.1%,respectively.The average density of living snails was 1.4155/0.11m~2,and the average density of positive snails was 0.0035/ 0.11m~2.Conclusion Agricultural production is yet the main form of transmission of schistosomiasis,it was the major policy for preventing and control schistosomiasis to lower the density of positive snails in risk areas and control the infection of domestic animals in endemic areas.In addition,more attentions should be paid on the prevention and cure of the advanced cases of schistosomiasis.
