块式制动器摩擦磨损特性的实验研究

【摘要】 以块式制动器实物进行了摩擦磨损特性实验,发现制动衬垫比压、制动初速度和制动器温度对摩擦系数有显著影响,制动衬垫比压对单位摩擦功的制动衬垫线磨损率无显著影响;摩擦系数和单位摩擦功的制动衬垫线磨损率均可用正态分布来描述。并指出制动器设计或选用时应考虑制动衬垫比压和制动初速度两因素。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the result of friction-wear property from the test of drum brake and the result shows that specific pressure on the brake lining, the braking original speed and braking temperature have great influence on the friction factor, but the specific pressure has no apparent influence on the linear specific wear-resistant of the lining caused by the per friction work and the linear specific wear-resistant and friction factor can all be described by the normal distribution. In addition, the paper points out that the specific pressure and braking original speed should be considered when brakes are designed or selected.
