【摘要】 本文首先分析了2003年江苏高温天气的特征,并探讨了2003年江苏高温发生的主要原因,指出江苏高温是在副高控制的天气形势背景产生的,然而在副高控制的情况下,温度平流因子与一般情况不同,它对高温所起到的作用非常小,非绝热条件才是高温日出现的关键。本文还利用数值产品建立了江苏高温预测方程。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper documents the synoptic character of high temperature,discusses the main reason of high temperature in Jiangsu in 2003,indicates that high temperature is produced at the background of subtropical-high-controlled synoptic situation.Unlike the typical case,at the case of subtropical-high-controlled,thermal advection has a litter effect on high temperature,while non-adiabatic factor is the key factor leading to high temperature.Additionally,a set of programmer for forecasting Jiangsu high-temperature is build.更多还原
