超临界CO2萃取花椒油树脂研究
The study on the extraction of zanthoxylum bungeagum maxim oleoresin by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid
【摘要】 本文对超临界CO2萃取和乙醇回流萃取花椒油风味物质的方法进行了比较,并用气相色谱-质谱对提取物进行组成鉴定。结果表明,超临界CO2萃取法具有提取率高、萃取成分全面、提取时间短、无溶剂残留等优点。同时由正交试验得到超临界CO2萃取的最佳工艺:原料粒度40目,萃取时间1.0h,温度45℃,压力33MPa。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the spercritieal CO2extraction method was compared with ethanol distillation extraction method,and GC-MS was used as determination method.The results indicated that supercritical CO2extraction has advantages of high efficiency,high selectivity,short distilling time and less solvent residue.The optimum technical condition of supercritical CO2 extraction were found through orthogonal experiment:particle size 40W,operating time 1.0h,temperature 45℃,working pressure 33MPa.
