【摘要】 目的观察前列腺素脂微球制剂(LipoPGE1)对糖尿病肾病肾小管功能影响,探讨前列腺素脂微球制剂防治糖尿病肾病机制。方法44例无高血压、持续有微量白蛋白尿的1型糖尿病患者被随机分为前列腺素脂微球制剂治疗组和常规治疗组。结果前列腺素脂微球制剂治疗3周后患者尿转铁蛋白(THP)增加了48.1%、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)减少了36.3%,而常规治疗组无明显变化。结论前列腺素脂微球制剂对糖尿病肾病的肾小管有明显保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change of tubular function in diabetic nephropathy patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus with i.v.Lipo PGE₁.Methods 44 cases were divided into control group （23 cases） and Lipo PGE₁ group （21 cases）,urineβ₂ -MG and urine THP were measured in each group. Results Urine THP was higher and urineβ₂ -MG was lower in Lipo PGE₁ group than those in the control group.Conclusions Lipo PGE₁ can protect tubular function.更多还原
