【摘要】 目的研究“钾维普”停搏液对SD幼鼠心脏缺血期舒张力的影响。方法健康SD幼鼠32只随机分为正常灌注组、缺血再灌注组、传统高钾组和“钾维普”组,采用Langendorff离体心脏灌流模型,比较“钾维普”停搏液、传统高钾停搏液对缺血期心脏舒张力的影响。结果缺血期间,传统高钾停搏液停搏的心脏舒张力上升217.8%,“钾维普”停搏液停搏的心脏舒张力降低11%。结论“钾维普”停搏液停搏的心脏缺血期间基础张力降低,有利于缺血心肌的保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of “KVP” cardioplegic solution on diastole of ischemic hearts.Methods 32 healthy immature SD rats were randomly divided into normal-perfused group,ischemia-reperfuse group,traditional-potassium group and “KVP” group.Using Langendorff hearts,the effect of “KVP” and traditional-potassium cardioplegic solution on diastole of ischemic hearts were compared.Results During ischemic period,diastole of the hearts was significantly risen by 217.8% in traditional- potassium group,while diastole of the hearts decreased by 11 percent in “KVP” group.Conclusions “KVP” cardioplegic solution can lower diastole of the ischemic hearts,is beneficial for ischemic myocardial protection.更多还原
